Constant Care Management Company was founded in 1999 under the leadership of Jane Anderson and Melvin 'Win' Warren, Jr. to manage the daily operation and maintenance of their assisted and independent living residences. Today, Constant Care oversees all aspects of management and maintenance of these communities including health care and nursing, dietary operations and life enrichment programs, as well as family support groups, educational seminars and ongoing feedback to help families better understand their loved one’s situation.
With a strong foundation and history in nursing and experience in assisted and independent living residence management, Constant Care manages their communities locally with skilled care givers and on-site managing directors. These local teams are overseen by experienced, hands-on corporate managers under the leadership of Chad Anderson, President and Jamie Anderson, Vice President of Health Care.
